This ultra-minimal, fast-absorbing Magnesium Spray is crafted with just two ingredients: Magnesium Chloride and distilled water. Shake bottle gently before each use.

Spray 1–2 times onto clean, dry skin, then rub in gently. Gradually increase usage to 5–20 sprays per day as needed.

For best results, leave on for at least 30 minutes before rinsing or showering. Product may cause a slight tingling sensation, especially for those new to magnesium.
